Alright. Let’s cut to the chase because, well, you don’t have a lot of time, and quite frankly, neither do I. (My two littlest ones just went down for naps and I’ve got about three spare minutes before my four kids get home from half-days of school).

They called me “emotional.” Lots of ups. Lots of downs. Lots of crying. Lots of instability. I always wondered, “What on earth is wrong with me?”

I’ve been there. I know what it’s like.

But it’s not like that for me anymore.

And it can change for you too.
